Size exchange — 14 days

If the size is not right, exchange it within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. You pay the return shipping. Email apexalphagraphix@gmail.com first so we can confirm the exchange size and hold your replacement.

Defective or wrong items — replaced free

If your item arrives defective or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days and we will replace it free — including the replacement shipping. If we cannot replace it, we will refund you in full.

Made-to-order note

Every piece is cut and pressed for your order, so exchanges are for size, defects, or wrong items. Your replacement is made to order too — ready in 3–5 business days, plus shipping time.
